Our venue capacities are as follows: Stephenson Quarter accommodates up to 300 people, the Locomotion Suite can host up to 100 attendees, and the Hawthorns Restaurant has a capacity of up to 140 guests.

Christmas T&Cs

All event dates are subject to availability. All prices include VAT at the current rate. All rates quoted are subject to availability. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per person
is required to confirm your event. Any cancellations received after balances have been paid are non-refundable. Your booking will not be confirmed until all deposits are received. If you are paying on behalf of a large group, please arrange payment by one card/cheque. Final balance payments for event and drinks pre-orders must be received by 31st October 2024. Menu pre-orders must be received 21 days before the event date. There can sometimes be issues with supply chains so ingredients can be substituted. Menu may change. Menu choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied with the final balance. Guests under 18 years old may be restricted at some events – please check at time of booking. A child is a person aged up to 14 years (inclusive). Children under 18 will not be admitted without an adult. The accommodation rate is only available to guests attending the event and a limited number of rooms are available. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers or to move to a smaller/larger room should numbers dictate. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at its discretion – all deposits and payments will be refunded. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the company, organiser or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. The hotel does not allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for; please speak with a member of the Meetings and Events team when pre-ordering your meal.
